about the 'joy luck club' u r absolutely right..i always see them early morning probably they come after they send their kids to the school..they are very noisy lah..but i like seeing them inside the classes..very funny and out of direction..

There's nothing wrong with it if you want to sneak a peek at the nude women in the locker room. They clearly don't mind if other women see them nude, and it's human nature to take a peek at someone who's walking around in the nude.

I'm always comparing myself to other women in the locker room.

Don't feel guilty if you check out the competition.

joyce the fairy : yeah i know about the skinny girls and how they wanna build muscles :P but it's really funny how the heavier women will turn around to glare at them as they walk past. one time at the locker room, when this skinny girl walked past without a towel, the lady at the locker next to mine was like "so thin want to come gym for wat!" lol :P so bitter.

pierce : my boy, girls are not guys :P they dont come to the gym to get bigger! toner maybe, but not bigger.. well unless they'e Chyna. you know Chyna?

abbyc : it's the whole burger! just that cannot see only. haha if u squint, u can kinda see the fish fillet part poking out!

waifon : you're lucky your gym dont have Joy Luck Club. haha they monopolise the group exercise classes like anything man. about the girls and commercialised gyms, well i donno about that .. most of the girls i know cant stand exercise. and OMG I LOVE CINNABON. and u must tell me the kotaraya meatball place!

asyraf : EH remember that time i asked you how long it takes before u can see results after lifting weights.. you're right man. after 1 month muscles can actually be built. damn fast.

I go to the Uptown one which has a McD's right below.
Hell.. i don't know why i gym sometimes.

I love doublecheese burgers and get them after gym so i actually GAIN WEIGHT when I gym and LOSE when i dont. -_"

I've seen 1, 3, 4 and 7. Guys who are too bulky with slabs and slabs of muscles kind of turn off lah. Like WWF, where got nice?!

The Joy Luck Club ladies are everywhere for the love of God! But True Fitness at Hartamas don't have :) Not that I have seen, at least. It ticks me off so badly everytime they speak in horrible thick accented English and double ticks me when they try so hard to speak but end up with lots of lahs, mahs, hai mehs, and hor hor HOR?!

and those skinny girls, no comments. I basically think it's some sort of a trend to patronize commercialised gymnasiums nowadays because gyms are growing like mushrooms after a rain everywhere! and it seems glamorous and "in" to go to gym no?

I'm definitely 4 and 8, not only McD, occasionally Cinnabon/ Auntie Anne's pretzels. Defeating the purpose of working out XD My trainer damn nice. No advertising and scams :) how much do you pay ur trainer la?
oh oh...Kotaraya beefballs. It's very near a junk bookstore and it's next to a bus terminal. Lots of Metrobus there. Forgot the name because I only give a shit about their balls :D find you the name later.
