I decided to define ubiqituous on Google... yes, my vocabulary is extremely dense :P. Bah! I'm a mathematician, not a literacy professor.
Anyways, for everyone else confused about the meaning of this yet unpronounceable word (for me at least), Google gives the following:
define:ubiqituous
(Adj) "Anywhere at any time"
widely present.
omnipresent: being present everywhere at once
So I guess, being born in Singapore, I must say, the most ubiquitous sound is.... the traffic!! :D
Tho, that was 16 odd years ago... I haven't been back for a long time!
and sinagpore is so much closer :)
Checked your blog because Kenny recommended so! Haha... i wish that you would make your wordings a bit bigger though...
Take care!
First, you've become one of my favorite bloggers because you are undoubtedly one of the most upbeat and sincere bloggers around. Its not that you don't suffer from doubts and difficulties, but that you always have the most positive spin on everything.
Second, I love the fact that you are just as nostalgic about everything as I am. You have a great ability to realize change is coming and always remember to enjoy everything while it lasts. That is a lesson I wish more young people like us would learn.
Finally, you are really great at drawing the reader into your life. Your writing style allows readers to feel that they know you, that they understand what motivates you. As a reader, I can't help but feel that if we ever met, you would be the type of person that I would like as a friend.
Keep it up Su Ann. You are more amazing then you know.
OTOH, At least now you can visit him every weekend ;)
1. just when i congratulated u on ur new-found status as a 1-yr-old martienne, u're gonna leave mars?? ah... but at least he'll be nearer to home (and to u!) now :) even tho i didn't stay for as long as i'd like to in hk, hk felt so much like home. funny how now tht i'm back in aus, i'm actually homesick-- for hk! so i supposed u'd feel 100 times worse leaving hk, esp having to leave all the wonderful footprints of u and ur bf behind... i'm still blogging about hk now, so whenever u feel like a piece of hk, feel free to swing over to my site and grab any pics tht perhaps might bring back happy times for u :)

Su Ann is sleeping in my room and I'm like nooo I missed my chance to sleep with Ah Pau =( haha then I quickly went home and found you were gone and then I found a lot of voice messages that you left on my phone and the first one is like, when are you coming homeee, I waited for you for so long and then after each mssg it got more emo and emo till you were crying.

The university is pretty decently ranked in the US, 27th in the US and 54th in the world in the Shanghai Jiao Tong World Rankings. The school is particularly strong in the areas of law, architecture, cinema, communication, and business.
There are a lot of clubs, service groups, and other activities on campus. There is a significant percentage of Asians, and a very diverse student body. We have undergrad and grad students that come from over 100 nations.
Finally, LA is the place to be if you're Asian. We have great weather, i.e. 80 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. We have great beaches, a diverse culture, and amazing restaurants with cuisine from many different countries.
Anyway, if you're primarily considering schools based on prestige, the most authoritative source for college rankings is the U.S. News and World Report College Rankings.
