  I teach u adp hax taktiks ok..just come up with a reason, say you're going on a family vacation on 1st of august. Bring this up to your lecturers like now or in a few weeks time that your parents planned a vacation on that day and request to take the finals on a earlier date mayb just a day or 2 earlier. It usually works ;)

  Thats the best thanks but no thanks. Nice guy will be crushed, but most likely he'll be nice enough to swallow it in, and still continue to being nice to you.

  Problem number 3:
  
  Went on a date last night with a guy who was super duper nice too. After I got dropped off at home, a phone call and 5 text messages from him. He's so nice.. but damn aggressive i tell you...
  
  Then I get one phone call from L.. the other dude my heart seems to have a thing for.. just one call when I was in the bathroom during the date, and I was all smiles after.
  
  The point to the part about L is.. everytime I am out on a date.. it's like a sign.. but I will DEFINITELY somehow.. hear from him that night.. and the dates I go on.. are easily forgotten. Everytime! And I don't hear from L that much either because he's so busy in the police academy.
  
  okay.. that's my dilemma, now you solve it. Hahahha!!
  
  But tell the super duper nice guy. you've got to be straight up. Take it from the girl who's in the same dilemma sort of, but can't swallow her own advice. ;)

  stick with the nice guy cuz he hasnt discovered the cold, mean streak in him. when he does, ud find him irresistable. and now, just tell him u dont wanna do the dirty work of turning him into a mean bad boy.
