hehehe.... that's not high-maintenance to me la.... hmm.... a trite demandin to d guy maybe (esp d porridge bit.... since zzz is veri important to me n nthin wud wake me up at 3.00 am wun!) n extremely cute definitely, but i always thot high-maintenance had sthin to do with being 'expensive' to maintain.... ie only wantin to eat in expensive restaurants, buy expensive stuff, etc.... ;p

bulat asked an interestin ques.... r guys high maintenance.... demandin maybe but definitely not high-maintenance as in 'expensive', i dun think.... i havent encountered any like that even tho my bro has pretty expensive tastes wun.... hehehe.... ;p

High or low maintenance very subjective wan. I'm sure different kind of people will give you different answers.

Take for instance, a millionaire will not think going to Victoria Station for every dinner as high maintenance, but average employee will. Like in your case, I guess a busy CEO might not entertain you if you ask him to purposely take one day leave just to have ice cream and watch DVD at home. If he is free almost 24/7, taking one day leave because of you is low maintenance for him.

Well, I think whether high or low maintenance is depending on the other party actually, whether he/she can afford to "pay" for the maintenance. :)

haha before reading your post i just did a 'are you high maintenance quiz' on blogthings. and i got 'YOU ARE HIGH MAINTENANCE'. some shit about wanting to be treated like a princess la, too used to the good things in life la, fendi bags etc. go take that quiz also la.

btw i don't think i'm all that high maintenance. to my dad maybe la. but not to my boyfriends. *wink

I don't think I'm high maintenance at all, but in a bad way, cause most of my past relationships ended with the other party accusing me of not caring enough and not treating it seriously. =.=

So I guess being high maintenance may not actually be a bad thing! Unless it gets to the point of seeming psychotic ..

okay i was going to blog about this,but heck,i'll post here insted haha

the other day a friend was comparing high maintenance and low maintenance girls with cars....analogy la..

high = bmw (the old 3 series or smth)
low = proton

then he said
bmw = quality wise,not that good (dunno why la,his break down often kua =p) and its not produced anymoreee
proton = reliable.then he said proton's spare parts are not cheap also bla bla.

and i dunno whats the outcome of this pointless convo haha.

but a little demanding is good.so are arguments.i loveeeee arguinggggg over pointless/little things just for the fun of it.and no matter what,even though i know im wrong,i must win!! i will continue arguing till he gives up haha.

I think every bf would like the best for his gf, but has his constraints. Not everyone is retired and rolling in money you know. Little requests for favours is acceptable, but not "Buy me that Prada bag or it's over!" demands.

I think the less she demands, the more she gets. At least in my case.

Every girl has certain expectations and certain criterias.. if a guy fails to meet that.. she seems to be known as high maintenance.

Demanding and high maintenance are totally different.

That is demanding not high maintainance. Be careful that your demands are not jelousy or insecurity in disguise. A guy will put up with the demands for a short time and in the end, the relation suffers.

some guys are (jin yan) who love to be torture, but not for long tou. after a while they will feel bored, bcos u use the same trick to get attention. and u need to keep on inventing new tricks to give them suprise and feel that you are still fresh and bok bok chui.

It is not neccesarily and linearly bad and limiting to have a high maintenance. There are exceptions in which a guy enjoys 'maintaining'. So when it comes to maintenance, magnitude doesnt play much of a role. Its mostly mix and match.
