  I was in Manchester last summer (UK's summer). Awesome experience, make sure you get into the tour of Old Trafford.
  
  Take a train down to London, it doesn't cost much =) Certainly very different to what I have experienced before, the life in London.

  personally, i think the sponsorship part is not really easy to achieve unless your team can prove to Mr. Potato the economic benefit that they will gained from sponsoring ur team. it would not b wise for them to give out thousands packets of their products, somemore wanna sponsor ur team to old trafford.
