haha it's not the hardest mountain to climb in m'sia, but it certainly is still the hardest thing i've ever done! not gonna do it again though, no no. NO. the amazing thing is...you actually had the time and energy to camwhore on the way?! wahlau. i was so dead and cold by the time i got to the peak that all photos of me there had me looking like...something dead and cold. hmm. not blog-worthy material.

congrats girl! great stuff on conquering Mt K. i'm actually planning my trip up sometime in the next few months, so you can go again if u wan...u can book Jikon again too if you wan ;-P anyway, take care of your ankle ok.

Holla to the great job climbing Mt. Kinabalu, and i think adrenaline rush can sometimes just push you to climb down even with the pain. Of course, now your back home, relaxed, you are feeling the after effects. Muscle strains, hamstring pulling, etc etc :)

You are one fabulous teenage girl. As I saw someone commented that you have done more things than anyone twice or three times your age, is probably true. Heck, you've done more things than I have and I'm almost twice your age.

Don't be sad about your sprained ankle though, point is, you made it up there on your own. Bravo girl!

wahaha... reading bout yr kina climb reminded me bout mine 2 yrs ago-- and u're not the only one who got piggy-backed down ok! i got piggied down the 2nd half cos my legs were breaking and i couldn't walk anymore! downhill's tougher i reckon! so yeah, spent the next few days walking like a penguin -__-

and my friend sprained her ankle on the way down too... but no one offered much help. she only reached timpohan gate around 10 pm at night. quite scary right?
and i think kenny's pose is better :p . the camera angle for his picture is better too! :D

i ling : zero training, i swear. i had only one week before mt kina to train, and even then i was too busy (and malas) to do anything. so i just climbed 13 flights of stairs once and thats it. thereforeee, if i can do it without training, everyone can do it without training! yup i've done trekking, caving, camping etc but those dont really require as much stamina or core strength as mt climbing
