It good that this place was better than the last. Based on the pictures alone, I have to say that desert look very good. After reading the review, I'm glad that picture was right! It's a shame that the main course was boring. But then again, the end was perfect. How was the coffee? That's very important! Bad coffee (I know!! I also thought coffee was perfect! I was wrong.) can ruin an entire experience. It's a very very disappointing thought.

that pigeon consomme reminds me of deboning 100 frozen pigeons in a night. the heads, bones and feet were used for....err....ummm...well...u know what. heheh *whistling*

could the meaning of " the evolution of red grape sorbet" be the stages of sourness slowly changes to sweetness when tasted? =\

btw...the sour red berries garnished on top of the saffron ice cream is called 'ribes sativum' which means red currant.

hey, i think you CAN. i mean, your food reviews are SO GOOD. go freelance lah! can make some extra money on the side plus eat free food. hehe. apply to magazines or smaller newspapers, although i think *that* newspaper wouldn't mind having people write for *that* section with *that* editor.
