haha my boy's the same too.. so many different sides. sometimes he's so sweet and mushy, but sometimes he's just plain cold. no likey. :( and sometimes in bed, he'll pull me in closer to him, but once, he kicked me off - off my own bed!! but i think it's good not to know EVERYTHING about the person you're with, cos everyday you learn something new about each other.

p/s: martian's apartment looks nice! i especially love the bookcase! steal it steal it! hehe.

OMG, I want to watch Citizen Kane!!! Michael Crichton's Next was so-so only la.

He said the giraffe was gay. I remember having a same argument with my girlfriend about her ladybug soft toy. Hello? It was a LADY bug with the name Francis. And everyone knows that Francis is the gayest name there is - excepting Gaylord, of course.

haha okay a bit type A so..

1. the bookshelf hor you should ask him to buy you one that you can put in your dorm when you go to Columbia haha but of course must be a mini one... lol. do they even allow additional furniture? haha.

2. I ALMOST THOUGHT THE TROLLEY WAS FULL SIZE LOR WTF if you give it a quick glance the way the shadows play almost make it look like a wall AND summore the surface is wooden so like wooden floor la then i was wondering what is that HUGE thing in the trolley.

then i noticed the "overiszed" keys haha.

3. the fridge is...... *speechless*. And yah, what in the WORLD are carrot chips supposed to be? ew. hahaha it's not food haha at least not human food. rabbit food maybe.

and finally!!!!!

if you thought the movie was good.... the book blows it right outta the water i was sobbing buckets while reading it =P

I love how you went around and documented the minutiae in Martian's apartment - things that others might not notice, or, noticing, might not care enough about to pick up a camera and take a picture of.

I have to say, the apartment truly reflects the life you've built together - how sweet is that? It's the very first one you guys moved into as a couple right? Cos he was already renting the HK apartment as a bachelor - not that you didn't put your stamp on it though =)

But the FRIDGE, what is up the contents of THE FRIDGE? Who puts Doritos in the fridge anyways hahaha! I thought Martian was on that blood-type-thingy diet, so I completely expected the fridge to be crammed full of genotype - appropriate fresh produce (and not mooncake wtf). I stand corrected, yes? =D

ps: Yes, the bookcase is the bomb - try and bag it if you can! Maybe if you badgered Martian and printed out all these comments in support of your petition you might be able to erm, persuade him hahah =)

Sigh and I have one who stuffs himself with Ramly burgers, calls himself fat but is unwilling to go to the gym, sleeps like a log, and reads textbooks, textbooks, and textbooks.

But but I love his quirkily odd imperfections more than I love his good sides and I think all of us love like that. Love their flaws more than their Darlie smiles and GymBuff body.
