  Simple weekend getaways are always one of the best around to do. It has this charm that makes you wanna hang around just a little longer.

  I think it's Penang too! cos I can recognise that beca. It's at that Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion right? The Feng Shui galore place. Correct me if i'm wrong :D but I like that place a lot albeit it's a lil freaky with all that feng shui stories. haha...nice chairs.

  I love your pictures, very vivid colours! Do you set it on a certain mode or edit your pictures? Also, what camera do you use? I keep telling myself I need a better camera to take good shots but the reality might be that my procrastinating self is just finding an excuse not to start heh.
  
  'Weekend getaway' or just the word getaway possesses a sort of hidden delight to me. The whole idea is very nicely romanticised in my brain, some hidden rustic charm just waiting to be discovered, aaalll by me. and us. ;)
  
  you have a really spiffy way of stringing words together, like pearls. very glad I found your blog! it's like suddenly stumbling on a hidden treasure I wasn't expecting to find. haha, some secret delight. aren't those the best! :D but sometimes they don't exactly materialise...
  
  i love your words la! aiya why do your achives only go back to January, when I have free time i shall scour blogs, this one included ;) i need to learn to write well, like you! heh. i likes muuuch how you express things, exactly how we would feel into words! i can never do that for the life of me.

  eunice : i set my camera to vivid mode, and adjust ISO and exposure accordingly .. :) am using the canon ixus 500. hehe i'm glad you like my blog! though i'm not that good a writer la :) i just talk a lot of rubbish on my blog .. hehe.
