Powerful acting, powerful action, huge IMAX sequences give this Batman a great big commanding feel. However, story is held hostage to action, especially in the second half.

su ann thanks for writing this review, 'cause if not then i wouldn't have went to watch the movie, and i would've missed out on one of the bestest movies i've ever watched! i loved the dialogues, i loved the wit, i loved the acting, and i loved the scenes, and oh i just can't stop raving about it to my friends now.

i hv been reading ur blog for quite some time but this is my 1st comment here. i simply love the way u write ur blog, so poignant and detailed. i can never describe my feelings best in writing but when i read urs, i can relate urs to mine perfectly. sometimes i feel we have so much in common in the inside, however i'm a more introvert and less optimistic person than u who seems to hv lots of friends and enjoy life. i always learn sth from u, u kinda inspire me in different ways. so pls dont ever stop writing. now u know u hv 1 more supportive reader, u must continue to write ya. i really love ur writing.

i never fail to read ur blog whenever i come online, i always look forward reading ur blog. this post on TDK is so brilliant that i totally agree with ur views which makes me finally decide to write a comment on it.

i just watched it last night, and the script was so good that i was crying half the time... yeah, why so serious right? the one liners have been running thru my conversations so much that it's killing my friends. :p

heath ledger was incredible... and yes, all those little gestures really added to the character because it made him believable, not as a cartoon character but as an insane person. always been a fan of his... you have to watch candy. have to!!! it's not as good as requiem but his acting alone is worth the watch.

I loved The Dark Knight too! :)
The best part is of course Heath Ledger's performance. I love the way he explains his scars in three different versions. I like the explanation done when he crashed Bruce's party.
Too bad he decided it was a good idea to take massive amounts of oxycodone with benzodiazepines. No more sequel from him then.

woo hoo ... finally back from thailand... Didn't know that geekinpink was actually a girl (and so pretty somemore) ... haha...

TDK is good! Its the best movie i've watched for a year or two ... the 3 twist n the end was a good suprise. And i loved the joker, he overshadowed the batman in this movie. Poor dude should still be alive!

gary oldman is alw fawesome in every role (5th element, JFK, sid and nancy) he plays! hes my faveeeeee supporting actor of all time.

u gotta love heath in a knight's tale but i also never saw brokeback moutain.refuse to believe got gay cowboys! *affinity to chuck norris & clint eastwood*

yah frikin hate kate holmes and her half spastic face canot talk properly alw use one side of face only like drew barrymore.

i saw the trailer a few days ago. The joker seems like the main attraction for the movie. i don't know why. maybe that's just in my head but it kept pulling me to go and spend my money to watch the movie!

will try to find some time and go watch it. i'm sure it'll live up to the hype.

p.s : i also read that it broke the opening week record that was set by spiderman 3.. wah!! now really wanna watch! :P
