O.o DCFC coming to KL? Where you get that news?

Transatlanticism is a great album/song. A lil emo though.... I love 'Passenger Seat' and 'A Lack of Color', and of course 'Transatlanticism' =D

Heard they have a new album couple months ago, haven't listened to it yet but jsut wondering if you have.

I wish Malaysian radio stations have some DCFC songs on their playlist, most of my exposure to them have been from listening to US radio both online and while I was studying at Berkeley.

Do you listen to Secondhand Serenade? They're a great indie group as well.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST!!!! I totally obsessed over Belle's gown when I saw the movie! I WANT A DRESS LIKE HERS... with those pretty pearl-white beads sewn on the hem of each tier!!!!! :D :D :D and yes, THAT SHADE OF YELLOW...

And I totally agree. It was a beautiful movie. I especially loved the segments set in Bastille by Isabel Coixet and Place des Fetes by Oliver Schmitz.

I tried searching for the ones with English subtitles so you could watch them again but I couldn't find any. :( Sorry! But it'll all come back to you when you watch them! :)

And I missed out on tickets for Death Cab for Cutie's gig in Brisbane! :( Woe is me. Sigh. A Lack of Color remains one of my favourite songs till this day... Have you heard the Narrow Stairs album?

when i was in sec skol....we did a beauty & the beast play for the kedah sultan......and the play was so successful that we put up 2 shows to a sell-out audience. that was one of the bestestest memories i have. i wonder if they still have the beast-costume.. maybe can use for the wildlife party. ?

hey suann..i'm currently in sydney and i've got tickets to their gig in enmore theatre, sydney! I'M DAMN PSYCHED LA! and it's great to hear them actually playing on msian shores because frankly the gig scene there is pretty crap.

not sure if they'll have a big enough fan base in malaysia to support their show cos as far as i know, not a lot of my msian friends even know who they are. but yea, fingers crossed i hope they play in kl!

read the rumour about death cab for cutie dropping by msia in the star's r.age pullout a few days ago and almost deafened half the college with my subsequent yells of disbelief and shock! and they said sigur ros MIGHT be coming by too!! omg!

lumiere was just a kid in a cardboard cut-out lar. hahaha....
but the costume for the beast came all the way from US. haha... it cost us quite a bomb. but it was just a skol play lar....and alor star skol not as canggih lar........

i co-led the singing section (wtf ...i know)....and i lent my voice to some significant characters in the singing part. i was suppose to sing the theme song for the beast....but i was coughing like a sick puppy ...so that role was given to some one else. sien.
